How to request deletion
FixtureRadar accepts account and data deletion requests by email. Deleting your Facebook, Google, or Apple connection does not automatically remove your FixtureRadar account. Use the procedure below if you want your FixtureRadar account and related personal records deleted.
- Email a deletion request.
Write to support@fixtureradar.com with the subject “FixtureRadar — Account and Data Deletion Request”.
- Identify the account.
Include the email address you used for FixtureRadar. For your security, do not include passwords, social-login tokens, identity documents, or other sensitive information in your first email.
- Complete identity verification if requested.
For account safety, we may ask you to reply from the registered address or confirm account ownership through another appropriate verification method before personal data are deleted.
- Receive a response.
After verification, we will assess and process the request, or explain if any information must be retained for legal, security, or other legitimate reasons. We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law and the complexity of the request.
If the email button does not open your email application, manually email support@fixtureradar.com using the subject above.
What you can request to remove
- FixtureRadar profile information such as email, display name, avatar URL, and user-account record.
- Any linked Facebook, Apple, or Google authentication-account identifiers associated with your FixtureRadar account.
- Password hashes, active account sessions, and password recovery information linked to your account.
- Other stored information directly associated with your user account, where identifiable and legally eligible for removal.
What may remain: Generic soccer results, fixture records, and statistical model outputs that do not identify you are not personal account records. Limited security or backup records may remain temporarily when legally or operationally required.
Remove FixtureRadar from Facebook
You can also revoke Facebook's permission for FixtureRadar from your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings. That stops future use of the Facebook connection, but you should still submit the email request above if you want your separate FixtureRadar profile and its records removed.
Google and Apple users can manage FixtureRadar permissions in their respective account settings. Disconnecting a social sign-in method and deleting a FixtureRadar account are separate actions.
Access, correction, or other requests
You can use the same contact address for requests to review or correct stored account information, or other applicable privacy rights. Describe the action you want and the account email. Never send account passwords to support.
