Privacy Policy

How FixtureRadar collects, uses, protects, and deletes information when you use our soccer statistics and prediction website.

Effective / last updated: October 14, 2026

1. About FixtureRadar

FixtureRadar (referred to in this notice as “FixtureRadar,” “we,” or “us”) provides soccer fixture information, statistical forecasts, and tools for comparing matches and building illustrative parlays. The contact responsible for privacy inquiries is support@fixtureradar.com.

This Privacy Policy applies to the FixtureRadar website at fixtureradar.com. It does not govern the separate services, websites, or privacy practices of Google, Facebook, Apple, or independent sports-data sources.

2. Information we collect

Account and login information

  • Email and profile: email address, display name, account identifier, account role, and, when provided by an identity provider, a profile image.
  • Password authentication: a secure password hash, not your plaintext password, when you register with email and password.
  • Social sign-in: provider name, provider-issued account identifier, and information such as your email and name shared for sign-in. A social provider can choose not to disclose an email address.
  • Session and security details: session identifiers and expiration records, login-attempt records, temporary sign-in authorization data, and password-reset verification records.

Website and service information

Our hosting provider and security infrastructure may process technical information such as requests, device/browser details, IP addresses, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the website. We also store general match results, fixture data, and model forecasts. The current parlay-builder selections are assembled in your browser and are not saved as a personal betting-account transaction history by FixtureRadar.

3. How we use this information

  • Create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sign-in sessions, and recover access.
  • Show soccer fixtures, forecasts, and statistical tools.
  • Detect suspicious sign-in attempts, investigate errors, secure accounts, and maintain service reliability.
  • Respond to support, privacy, correction, and deletion requests.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not use information supplied for Facebook Login to post to your Facebook account. FixtureRadar does not place bets, hold wagering funds, or collect payment-card information for sportsbook transactions.

4. Providers and information sharing

We rely on Floot for application hosting, account infrastructure, and database services, and may use its underlying infrastructure providers. When you choose social sign-in, your selected provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple, as enabled) authenticates you and shares authorized account details with FixtureRadar. We use external soccer-data feeds, including ESPN and API-Football where available, to retrieve sports information; these are not intended as destinations for your FixtureRadar login credentials.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect the service and its users, or to a successor operator if ownership of the service changes, subject to applicable privacy requirements. We do not sell a list of FixtureRadar account email addresses to advertisers.

5. Cookies and security

The service uses authentication cookies or equivalent session mechanisms required to keep users signed in and help prevent unauthorized access. OAuth providers may set their own cookies on their sites. Security measures include access controls, session expiration, and hashed password storage. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention and data deletion

We keep account and authentication information while your FixtureRadar account remains active, and as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, legitimate operations, or legal obligations. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups or security records after account deletion, subject to their retention cycles. General sports results and statistical model records may remain when they do not identify an individual user.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. See the Account & Data Deletion page for the request procedure and identity-verification information.

7. Your choices and rights

You can choose email/password registration or a supported social identity provider. You can stop using a social provider for FixtureRadar by managing the connection through that provider; revoking a provider's access does not by itself delete the local FixtureRadar account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to certain processing, or request deletion of personal data. Contact us using the email below to make a request.

8. Age eligibility and international visitors

FixtureRadar is intended for adults 18 and older. Use of wagering-related statistics is subject to applicable local laws; any real-money gambling must follow the legal age and rules in your jurisdiction. Visitors outside the United States should understand that service providers may process account information in the United States or other locations.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear above. For privacy requests, contact support@fixtureradar.com. You can also review our Terms of Service.
