2. What the service does
FixtureRadar provides soccer fixtures, scores, historical statistics, computer-generated probabilities, and tools to compare or assemble hypothetical parlay selections. These are informational and entertainment features, not an offer to place or accept wagers. FixtureRadar is not a sportsbook and does not process gambling transactions or issue betting payouts.
3. Sports predictions are not guarantees
Important: Predictions, combined probabilities, “fair odds,” and accuracy measures are estimates only. They may be incomplete, delayed, uncalibrated, or wrong. Actual sportsbook odds may differ, and every bet carries a risk of financial loss.

- Access someone else's account or interfere with website authentication or security.
- Scrape the service at abusive rates, reverse engineer private endpoints, or disrupt its infrastructure.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, deceptive content, or material that violates another person's rights.
- Use the service for unlawful gambling or any other activity prohibited where you live.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or comply with law.

FixtureRadar's original interface, branding, and analysis are not licensed for commercial redistribution without permission. 7. Service changes and availability
We may update models, discontinue features, correct errors, or temporarily restrict availability for maintenance or security. Data-feed failures, changed sports schedules, and third-party disruptions can affect the site.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FixtureRadar is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that forecasts will be accurate or the website uninterrupted. We are not responsible for losses from wagering decisions, incorrect lines or fixtures, or outages of independent third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Account termination and personal information
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of account data through our Data Deletion page. We may retain records where legally required or reasonably necessary for security and legitimate obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
